| Grower's | Notes: | |||
| Abelia Edward Goucher enjoys fairly rich, moist,
well-drained soil in a full sun or lightly shaded
location. Plants become thin and unattractive in the
shade and do not flower. It has good drought tolerance. It has pink fragrant flowers spring, summer and fall, that are slightly larger than Glossy Abelia. In fall and winter, the foliage turns a copper color, and the plants generally remain full. No thorns.
