| Gets its
common name from its long, wispy stamens. Its delicate
looks are deceptive - it stands up to prolonged heat and
humidity. While it can grow very tall, it can be pinched
back for compactness. Space plants 18 inches apart. It will only survive the lightest of frosts, but easily starts from cuttings. |
