Dusty Miller (Senecio cineraria) Likes sandy loose soil in raised beds, and sun. It's desirable for its thick whitish-gray green lobed leaves, making it very effective as a backdrop for colorful annuals. Stunning with red geraniums.

English Daisies English Daisy (Bellis perennis) looks very much like a miniature Chrysanthemum. Their cheerful yellow centers are surrounded by multitudes of white, pink or red petals. English Daisy blooms fall through late spring. Plant in partial shade. Blooms November through April. Height 4" - 6". Space 6" - 8 ".
Blue Lobelia Lobelia (Lobelia erinus) Its creeping habit makes it fabulous for pots and hanging baskets, and edging beds and walkways. Comes in dark or light blue (with or without a white eye), pink (with or without a white eye), white (hard to find), and a mix of these colors.  Tolerates wet places and likes filtered or partial sun. Sandy loam. Blooms December through May.
